can see cockroaches in room, rooms could be more cleaner, felt like the floors wasn’t mopped for a long time

Good location, close to the embassies and in an area with a lot of options when it comes to eating out. The room was old, but fairly clean.

They did not provide us water bottles or any kind of water when we checked in.

Rooms are spacious I think recently renovated, very close to the Singapore consulate since I have a Visa processing. The staff was friendly and assisted on cabs on emergency. I heard even pondy Bazzar is also very close by.As a female and solo traveller it was safe and Will stay back next year also.

Staff not responding towards the customer, while talking with the customer, staff were speaking with somebody through phone, their not attending to customer. Also, bedding was not cleaned, given used one. I recommend not go with this hotel.

Dirty ,nasty and unhygienic rooms and surroundings. Acs are not working. I had to change 3 rooms to get a working A/C . All the rooms shifted were un clean.Rooms are infested with insects.Even the reception does not how to treat guests.

The rooms are not like they are shown on the Web page. The cleanliness of the rooms is very poor, TV is not working in one of the room which they allocated to us, they don't even try to fix it during our stay. .

Nothing was nice

The room and the photo doesn't match at all. Very disappointing, the room was dirty and full of cockroaches. The bathroom was filthy. The location was not the same as the Google Map, took us 1hour to locate the hotel. I want to check out the hotel and the staff say I can't as I have booked for 2 nights. I sent message to booking.com and allowed me to modify it. However the staff there charged me 3000 INR instead of just 1117.01 INR as I only saw the email couple of days later. They didn't even issue receipt and say Booking.com will sent. As we can't stand the place we just paid and left not knowing we were charged additional. We don't recommend this place at all

It is not what it is shown in pics on booking.com. Rooms are shabby, A/C does not work, toilets are dirty.Staff behaviour was rude, they charged extra amount and didn't even provide the bill when asked for

I did not like a single thing about the hotel. Bed was not comfortable. There were no water in the room. A.c remote was not working. The light was very deem. It was very scary. Only the person at reception was ok.

I would like to get my refund or give me proper credit.

The is not spacious, no table chair for reading writing, no hanger to hang dress. No tea coffee provided in the room. Taps are very hard to open. Need improvement to enhanced customers satisfactions.

Staff were smiling but not prompt.

Rooms were not cleaned even after request. For everything one had to ask repeatedly and wait. Suffocation caused from cooking smell for want of exhaust fan in the OPEN KITCHEN. Drainage if water from shower in opposite direction from the sink hole on the floor.

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the service from all their staffs. Checking in was a breeze and they always did their best to accommodate requests not just from me but the other guests that I saw at the check in desk as well.Food at this hotel was also very good. We didn't get to try the restaurants here unfortunately but the breakfast buffet and in-room dining was always nice and fresh.Location of the hotel as well was very convenient for us with regards to shopping. Was also pretty easy and reasonably priced to arrange for transportation through their travel desk.

Very bad experience, no coordination of the staff. We were give the rooms only at 3 pm inspite of giving advance notice. Pest control was being done and we had a very difficult time.The rooms are not clean, ACs are not working and bathrooms were stinking.Would not recommend.

The bathroom was not clean at all. it was very slippery. room was not properly maintained. Even the lobby was not having proper ventilation, it was suffocating.

VERY UPSET WITH MY STAY , NO BODY SPEAK IN ENGLISH , THEY ONLY KNOW THEIR LOCAL LANGUAGE
